The ASG Ultimate Boost 30K Custom motor in short axle format is a high-torque, low-speed powerplant engineered to push your AEG hard while protecting its internal integrity. Rated to around 30,000 RPM, it delivers the pulling power needed for heavier springs without sacrificing reliability.

Premium internal components

Inside you get a CNC machined steel pinion gear, a CNC machined stainless steel shaft and a silicon steel rotor housed in a precision-built casing. High-grade silver-plated wiring and larger carbon brushes improve electrical conductivity, while enlarged motor-shaft ball-bearing stabilisers keep everything spinning smoothly.

Neodymium magnets for heat resistance

The Boost 30K uses heat-resistant neodymium rare-earth magnets, the strongest permanent magnets available. They hold their strength at the higher temperatures generated in torque-heavy and high-rate setups, so the motor keeps performing instead of fading or burning out.

Wide platform compatibility

This short axle version suits version 1, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 10 gearboxes, making it a strong match for the ASG Scorpion EVO3-A1, AK variants, G36 rifles and many other AEGs. ASG recommends running it alongside Mil-Spec upgrade springs in the M95 to M115 range.

What gearboxes and rifles does this short axle motor fit?

The short axle Boost 30K is designed for version 1, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 10 gearboxes, covering the ASG Scorpion EVO3-A1, most AK variants, the G36 and many other AEGs. Always confirm your gearbox uses a short axle motor before ordering, as long axle versions are not interchangeable.

Is this a high-speed or high-torque motor?

It is a high-torque, low-speed configuration. That makes it ideal for pulling heavier upgrade springs and running reliably in a torque-focused build, rather than chasing the highest possible rate of fire.

What spring should I run with it?

ASG recommends pairing the Boost motors with Mil-Spec upgrade springs in roughly the M95 to M115 range for the best balance of power and internal longevity. Check your site limits before choosing a spring.

Why does it use neodymium magnets?

Neodymium is the strongest type of permanent magnet and holds performance at higher temperatures. In a high-torque or high-rate build that means stronger, more consistent pull with far less risk of the motor burning out.
