Overview

The ASG Ultimate Upgrade Series V3 CNC Aluminium Cylinder Head is a precision replacement for the cylinder head in Version 3 airsoft AEG gearboxes. It seals the cylinder and channels compressed air into the nozzle, making it a core part of your rifle’s air-seal and consistency.

Why upgrade

Each Ultimate cylinder head is CNC-machined from aircraft-grade aluminium and anodised for a smooth, durable finish. It uses a double rubber O-ring to improve the seal against the nozzle and a trumpet-shaped port that smooths airflow, helping deliver air more efficiently to the BB than many stock heads.

Fitment and compatibility

It is designed for Version 3 gearboxes as used in AK and G36 series replicas and similar platforms. Confirm you have a V3 gearbox, as cylinder heads are version-specific.

Fitting and servicing

Fitting requires stripping the gearbox and checking the air seal and nozzle length, so it is best done as part of a service or upgrade. Our airsoft repair and servicing team in Kent can fit and tune it, or browse more airsoft accessories and parts to complete your compression upgrade.

Which gearbox does it fit?
