Overview

The ASG Ultimate Upgrade Series V3 CNC Cut Off Lever is a precision replacement for the cut off lever inside Version 3 airsoft AEG gearboxes. It governs semi-automatic reset, so a worn or soft lever leads to inconsistent single shots or full-auto runaway.

Why upgrade

The Ultimate lever is CNC-machined from a single piece of heat-treated carbon steel, with additional hardening applied where it contacts the sector gear. This gives it far greater wear resistance than a stock lever and keeps semi-auto response reliable in demanding builds.

Fitment and compatibility

It is made for Version 3 gearboxes as found in AK and G36 series replicas and similar platforms from brands such as CYMA, JG and LCT. It is not compatible with Version 2 gearboxes.

Fitting and servicing

What does the cut off lever do?

During semi-auto fire it engages the sector gear to reset the trigger contacts after each shot, so the gearbox stops correctly and the next pull fires a single round.

Which gearbox does it fit?

It is designed for the Version 3 gearbox used in AK and G36 series replicas and similar platforms. It will not fit V2 shells.

Why choose the steel Ultimate lever?

Stock levers are usually soft and wear rapidly, causing poor semi-auto reset or full-auto runaway. This hardened carbon-steel lever is far more durable.

Will it cope with a high rate of fire?

Yes. The single-piece heat-treated construction, with extra hardening at the contact point, is built to withstand the forces of high-speed upgraded gearboxes.
