See Clearly, Stay Protected

The Wiley X RX Insert lets glasses wearers keep their eye protection without compromise. This carrier holds your prescription lenses and sits comfortably behind Wiley X Saber, Vapor, Rogue, Spear and Nerve eyewear, so you get sharp vision and full impact protection at the same time.

Fitted by Your Optician

The insert is designed to be taken to any good optician, who in most cases can cut a set of your prescription lenses to fit the carrier. That keeps the process simple and means you can update your prescription later without replacing your protective eyewear.

Neat, Low-Profile Mounting

The RX Insert mounts above the nosepiece for a clean, unobstructed line of sight. It holds single-vision lenses within roughly a plus or minus 6.00 range, covering the majority of everyday prescriptions.

Check Your Model Requirements

For the WX Spear goggle you also need post SP29PST (or the combined set SP29X). For the WX Nerve goggle you need post R-8051PST (or the set R-8051X). A must-have upgrade to run alongside the rest of your airsoft accessories and protective eyewear.

Frequently asked questions

Which Wiley X eyewear does this insert fit?

The RX Insert is designed to sit behind Wiley X Saber, Vapor, Rogue, Spear and Nerve eyewear, letting you keep the same protective frame while wearing your prescription.

How do I get my prescription lenses fitted?

Take the RX Insert to any good optician. In most cases they can cut a set of your prescription lenses to sit in the carrier behind your Wiley X eyewear.

Does the Spear or Nerve need extra parts?

Yes. For the Spear goggle you also need post SP29PST (or buy the combined set SP29X). For the Nerve goggle you need post R-8051PST (or the combined set R-8051X).

Can I fit varifocal or bifocal lenses?

No. The RX carrier takes single-vision lenses only. There is not enough depth for progressive, bifocal or multifocal prescriptions.

Why use an insert instead of prescription-cut main lenses?

An insert keeps the full ballistic protection and wrap of the Wiley X frame while letting you swap or update your prescription separately, which is simpler and often cheaper.
