Sized for longer 401-450mm barrels
This ASG Ultimate cylinder is intended for inner barrels in the 401-450mm range, the sort found in full-length rifles. As the barrel gets longer it needs more air behind the BB, so the ventilation hole sits further along the tube to release air at the correct point and keep compression matched to the bore.
Seamless steel construction
The tube is cold-drawn seamless 45C steel with a Rockwell hardness of 20-25. Cold drawing gives a smooth internal surface and a tight, consistent bore, while the hardness helps the cylinder keep its shape when it is pressed into the gearbox during a build.
Isonite finish and heat dissipation
An Isonite oxide surface treatment provides the black finish, corrosion resistance and low friction. The CNC-scored grooves on the outer surface increase surface area and help the cylinder dissipate heat during sustained firing.
TM-standard fitment
Built to Tokyo Marui standards, it fits most Version 2 and Version 3 gearboxes using TM-spec internals and pairs well with a matched ASG Ultimate piston and nozzle. See more airsoft accessories for the rest of the air-seal set.
