Run an XT60 battery in a Deans rifle

This compact adapter lets you use an XT60-connected battery in a rifle wired for Deans (T-plug). The female Deans end connects to your rifle wiring while the male XT60 end takes your battery.

Compact inline unit

The short, pre-wired unit keeps the connection tidy and adds minimal length inside the stock or handguard, so it fits easily alongside your battery.

Fitting

No soldering is required. Plug the adapter inline between battery and rifle, tuck the wiring away neatly, and you are ready to go.

Check polarity first

Always confirm that polarity is correct before connecting the battery to avoid damage to your wiring or gearbox. Explore more batteries, BBs and gas.

Standardise your connectors

Many players move their whole collection to one connector type over time, and this adapter is a quick, low-cost way to keep an XT60 battery in service on Deans-wired guns until you get round to it.

Frequently asked questions

What does this adapter do?

It lets you use an XT60-connected battery in a rifle wired for Deans (T-plug). The female Deans end connects to your rifle and the male XT60 end takes your battery.

Do I need to solder it?

No. It is pre-wired, so you just plug it inline between your battery and rifle, tuck the wiring away and you are ready to go.

Will it fit inside my stock?

It is a compact inline unit that adds minimal length, so it fits easily alongside your battery in most stocks and handguards.

Why check polarity?

Always confirm polarity is correct before connecting the battery. A reversed connection can damage your wiring or gearbox, so double-check red and black before use.

Does the adapter reduce performance?

Any adapter adds a little resistance. On stock and lightly upgraded guns this is minor, but very high-drain builds are best standardised on one connector.
