The Maple Leaf AEG Hop Tensioner, better known as the Omega Nub, is one of the most popular low-cost upgrades in airsoft tuning. It replaces the standard nub in your hop-up unit and works with your bucking to apply the pressure that puts backspin on the BB, the key to flat, long-range shots.
Even pressure, consistent hop
Where a basic flat nub presses on a single line, the Omega’s concave contact surface spreads pressure evenly across the bucking. The result is a more consistent hop, tighter groupings and better effective range, exactly what you want when you are reaching out across the field.
Firm rubber, easy fit
Made from firm rubber with a small external profile, the Solid Edition Omega drops into most AEG hop units without modification and pairs perfectly with the full Maple Leaf bucking range, including Autobot, Decepticon, Diamond and Macaron.
