Built for warm and tropical nights

The Snugpak Jungle Bag in Olive Green is engineered for hot climates and mild summer nights. Its Travelsoft insulation gives a comfort rating of around 7C with a low near 2C, keeping you settled without overheating when the temperature drops after dark.

Built-in insect protection

The standout feature is the concealed roll-away mosquito net. When biting insects are a problem it zips up and over your face, sealing the bag against mosquitoes, midges and other pests. When you do not need it, it rolls neatly away out of sight.

Packs small, works hard

Weighing roughly 850g to 900g and compressing to about 15 x 18cm in its stuff sack, the Jungle Bag is ideal for travel, bushcraft and lightweight airsoft overnighters. The MicroDiamond Paratex shell resists wear while the supersoft lining keeps things comfortable against the skin.

Versatile square design

Unlike a fitted mummy bag, the square cut opens fully flat into a blanket or quilt for warmer nights, and left or right zip versions can be joined to make a double. Explore more of our outdoor and camping gear for your next trip.

Frequently asked questions

What temperatures is the Jungle Bag designed for?

It is a warm-weather bag with a comfort rating around 7C and a low of about 2C, so it is best suited to tropical, jungle and mild UK summer conditions rather than cold-weather camping.

How does the mosquito net work?

A mosquito net is concealed in the bag and rolls away when not needed. When required it zips up and over your face, sealing you off from mosquitoes and other biting insects for an undisturbed night.

How small does it pack down?

Thanks to its Travelsoft insulation it compresses to roughly 15 x 18cm in the supplied stuff sack, smaller than a coconut, which makes it excellent for travel and lightweight loadouts.

Can I open it out as a blanket?

Yes. The square design unzips fully flat so you can use it as a quilt or blanket in warmer conditions, giving you far more versatility than a fitted mummy bag.

Can two bags be zipped together?

Yes. Snugpak offers left and right side zip versions, and a matching pair can be zipped together to form one large double sleeping bag.
