Overview

The ASG Ultimate Upgrade Series V2 CNC Cut Off Lever is a precision replacement for the cut off lever inside Version 2 airsoft AEG gearboxes. This small part controls semi-automatic reset, so a worn lever causes erratic single shots or unwanted full-auto behaviour.

Why upgrade

ASG machines the Ultimate cut off lever from a single piece of heat-treated carbon steel, then applies extra hardening at the point where it engages the sector gear. That makes it far more resistant to wear than soft stock levers, keeping semi-auto crisp and dependable even at high cyclic rates.

Fitment and compatibility

It is designed for Version 2 gearboxes as used in M4, M16, G3 and MP5 series replicas and their clones. It is not interchangeable with Version 3 gearboxes, which use a differently shaped lever.

Fitting and servicing

Fitting requires a full gearbox strip and correct adjustment, so it is ideal to combine with a service. Our airsoft repair and servicing team in Kent can fit and set it up for you, or browse more airsoft accessories and parts to complete the job.
