The ASG Ultimate Version 3 switch assembly replaces the factory trigger switch and wiring in a V3 gearbox. The trigger switch is the contact that closes the circuit when you pull the trigger, and over time these contacts wear or burn, leading to inconsistent firing or a gun that will not shoot at all.

Low-resistance wiring

This assembly uses low-resistance wiring to improve the flow of current through the gearbox. Cleaner current flow means a more efficient circuit, better trigger response and improved reliability, which is especially valuable once you start upgrading the spring, motor or battery.

Version 3 fitment

It is made for Version 3 (V3) gearboxes, the type used in AK, G36 and SIG style AEGs. V3 guns come in front-wired and rear-wired configurations, so check how your rifle is set up so the assembly is routed correctly.

Fitting and servicing

Replacing the switch means opening the gearbox and working with the wiring, which typically requires soldering. If you would rather leave it to a professional, our airsoft repair workshop in Kent can fit and test it, and you can find batteries and wiring in our BBs, gas and batteries range.
