ZCI 24.3mm Aluminium Air Nozzle

This ZCI air nozzle measures 24.3mm, the length commonly used on G36 pattern AEGs. Machined from aluminium, it is a hard-wearing upgrade over a tired or cracked stock nozzle and a cheap, high-value part when you have the gearbox open.

Better air seal

An O-ring seals the nozzle against the cylinder head and hop-up unit, cutting air loss for more consistent muzzle energy and improved shot-to-shot consistency. A good seal is one of the simplest ways to tidy up how a gearbox performs.

Precision machined

CNC production holds tight tolerances so the nozzle glides smoothly on the cylinder head and feeds cleanly into the hop-up chamber, reducing the risk of jams and feeding gremlins.
