ZCI CNC Gear Set (SR-25)

This ZCI gear set is machined specifically for SR-25 pattern gearboxes, which use a 19-tooth sector gear and their own tooth counts. It ships in a balanced 18:1 ratio suited to all-round skirmish performance, giving a dependable rate of fire without over-stressing the box.

CNC steel strength

Each gear is CNC machined from steel for tight tolerances and long service life, standing up to upgraded springs and hard use. Consistent thickness across the set also makes shimming more predictable.

Fast, positive latch

Six anti-reversal latch points give a quick, positive reset, and the 3mm shafts run on standard bearings and bushings, so they drop into a correctly specified SR-25 gearbox.

Fitting advice

SR-25 gears are not interchangeable with standard V2 or V3 sets, so pair them with an SR-25 spec piston. Let our Kent airsoft techs handle the shimming, or find more upgrade parts in our airsoft accessories.
