The Maxx Model Type D cylinder is CNC-machined from hardened stainless steel for airsoft AEG gearboxes. The Type D bore is ported and sized to match inner barrels of 250mm to 300mm, so the air volume stays correctly matched to your barrel length for consistent muzzle energy shot after shot.

Built to last

Hardened stainless steel resists the scoring and wear that shorten the life of cheaper zinc or aluminium cylinders. The internal surface is high-polished to cut friction against the piston head O-ring, protecting your air seal over thousands of cycles.

Correct fitment

Overall length is 72.15mm and it drops into most standard-length Version 2 and Version 3 gearboxes. When you build the cylinder, always fit it with the ports facing towards the spring guide, not the cylinder head, so the ported volume performs as intended.
