ZCI CNC aluminium bearing piston head

A precise, hard-wearing replacement for the standard plastic piston head in an AEG. This ZCI head is CNC machined from aluminium alloy with an integrated ball bearing and a ventilated crown for a strong, consistent air seal.

Bearing-guided cycling

The built-in ball bearing lets the head rotate freely as the spring loads and unloads, reducing friction and wear on the piston rod during firing. Tighter tolerances mean minimal rocking and smoother, more repeatable spring cycling.

Fitment and compatibility

It is a direct replacement that drops into standard Version 2 and Version 3 gearboxes with no modification, suiting the majority of M4, AK and MP5 style AEGs. As an internal component it carries no FPS restriction. Browse more airsoft accessories.
