ZCI 6.02mm stainless steel inner barrel (240mm)

A precision tightbore upgrade for your AEG. This ZCI barrel is machined from high quality stainless steel with a polished 6.02mm bore, tightening the gap around the BB to reduce air wastage for better compression, accuracy and consistency.

Why a tightbore helps

The stainless steel construction adds weight and rigidity to minimise vibration, while the smooth polished bore lets the BB travel cleanly. An O-ring at the muzzle end centres the barrel within the outer barrel and dampens vibration for tighter groupings.

Length and fitment

At 240mm this barrel suits CQB and SMG-length AEG platforms. It is Marui-spec and drops into standard TM-pattern gearboxes and hop-up units with minimal modification. Check your existing barrel length before ordering. See more airsoft accessories.

After fitting

A precision barrel can nudge your output higher, so chronograph after installation and adjust hop and spring to stay within your site limits. Our Kent repair workshop can fit and test it for you.

Frequently asked questions

What guns does a 240mm barrel suit?

A 240mm length is aimed at CQB and SMG-length AEG platforms. Measure your current inner barrel before ordering, as fitment depends on your outer barrel and hop unit.

Why go tighter to 6.02mm?

A tighter bore reduces the air that escapes around the BB, improving compression, consistency and accuracy compared with a standard 6.08mm barrel.

What is the O-ring for?

The O-ring at the muzzle end centres the inner barrel within the outer barrel and dampens vibration, which helps produce tighter groupings.

Will my FPS change?

A precision barrel can nudge output higher, so chronograph after installation and adjust spring or hop tension to stay within your site limits.

Do I need a UKARA or to be 18?

No. An inner barrel is an internal spare part, not a firearm, so there is no UKARA requirement and no age restriction to buy it.
