The ASG Ultimate 19.5:1 CNC gear set is built for torque. The high ratio gives the motor more mechanical advantage when driving the piston back, which is exactly what a heavier spring or high-power build needs. It prioritises reliable cycling under load over the sheer speed of a low-ratio set.
CNC precision
Every gear in the Ultimate CNC range is machined using CNC technology for tight tolerances and cleanly formed teeth. Precise tooth geometry means a better mesh, less friction and a smoother, quieter cycle once the gearbox is shimmed correctly.
Differential heat treatment
Each gear is differentially heat-treated so that individual contact points receive the optimum hardness for the stress they see. This produces gears that are hard where they need to resist wear yet resilient enough to survive the shock loads inside a powerful gearbox.
