Support your gears under load

These CNC machined steel bushings are made for Tokyo Marui NGRS gearboxes and are the foundation of any serious recoil-shock upgrade. They carry the gear axles and keep everything aligned when you run high-power springs and high-speed motors.

Precision steel construction

Machined from steel to a 5.9mm outer diameter with a 3mm bore and roughly 2.55mm thickness, they are dimensionally accurate and far tougher than the stock parts. That strength is exactly what a stressed gearbox needs to stay reliable.

Why steel bushings

For high-torque, high-spring builds, solid steel bushings are often preferred over ball bearings because there are no small balls to shatter under the shock loads an NGRS system generates. The result is a robust, long-lasting rotational surface.

Fits the NGRS range

They suit the current TM NGRS line-up, with the MK46 LMG the one exception as it uses proprietary bushings. Fitting means opening the gearbox, so our in-house repair and servicing team can help, and you can browse more airsoft accessories and upgrade parts.

Frequently asked questions

What size are these bushings?

They are 5.9mm outer diameter with a 3mm inner bore for the gear axles, and around 2.55mm thick, matching Tokyo Marui NGRS gearbox dimensions.

Why upgrade to steel bushings?

Steel bushings are far stronger than the stock parts and cope with the extra load of high-power springs, high-speed motors and other upgrades, reducing wear and misalignment inside the gearbox.

Will they fit my Tokyo Marui recoil gun?

They fit the current TM NGRS line-up. The one exception is the MK46 LMG, which uses proprietary bushings, so these are not for that model.

Should bushings or bearings go in a high-stress gearbox?

Solid bushings, like these steel ones, are generally preferred over bearings for high-torque, high-spring builds because there are no small bearing balls to shatter under shock loads.

Do I need a UKARA licence to buy these?

No. Gearbox bushings are an internal accessory, not an imitation firearm, so no UKARA defence or two-tone requirement applies.
