One kit, many barrel lengths

The ZCI Outer Barrel Set is a modular system for M4 and AR-pattern airsoft rifles. It supplies both an AEG base and a GBB base along with 3 inch, 5 inch and 7 inch extensions, so you can assemble a range of outer barrel lengths from a single purchase.

Switch playstyles at will

Run a stubby CQB barrel for close-quarters games, then extend it for field or marksman setups. Mixing and matching the extensions means your rifle adapts to the site and game type instead of being locked to one profile.

Machined for the job

Precision-machined from aluminium, the set is strong and straight while staying light, which keeps the front end of your build balanced. The finish is a clean black to suit the vast majority of M4 receivers and handguards.

Ready for your muzzle devices

A 14mm CCW thread at the muzzle accepts standard airsoft flash hiders, tracer units and suppressors. Pair it with a can or tracer from our airsoft accessories range to finish the build. Fitting is a workshop job, and our in-house tech team can help if you would rather have it installed.

What comes in the set?

You get both an AEG base and a GBB base plus 3 inch, 5 inch and 7 inch extension sections, so you can build several different outer barrel lengths from one kit.

Will it fit my rifle?

It is designed for M4, M16 and AR-pattern airsoft replicas. Because it includes both AEG and GBB bases it suits both electric and gas blowback M4 platforms with standard fitment.

Can I fit a suppressor to it?

Yes. The muzzle uses the airsoft-standard 14mm CCW (counter-clockwise) thread, so most flash hiders, tracers and suppressors will screw straight on.

Why choose a modular barrel set?

One kit lets you run a short CQB length one week and a longer field or DMR setup the next, without buying a separate barrel for each configuration.

Is aluminium strong enough?

Yes. CNC-machined aluminium gives a strong, straight barrel while keeping weight down, which is exactly what you want on the front end of an M4 build.
