The Guarder Full Teeth Piston pairs a lightweight polycarbonate body with a thermal-treated steel last tooth, the single most important tooth in the whole cycle. That last tooth carries the peak load as the piston releases, so reinforcing it with hardened steel dramatically reduces the risk of stripping in higher-stress builds.

Keeping the main body in polycarbonate holds weight down, which helps rate of fire and reduces stress on the rest of the gearbox. Grease grooves cut into the rail guides keep the piston lubricated as it runs, smoothing the cycle and extending service life.
